The ET VALVE Wafer-Type Full Rubber-Lined Double Disc Check Valve is engineered to deliver superior resistance to corrosion and highly aggressive chemicals in unidirectional flow applications. Unlike conventional metal-seated check valves, this valve features a fully encapsulated design, with the valve body interior completely lined with a thick layer of high-performance vulcanized rubber or elastomer. Its dual-plate configuration distributes sealing loads evenly, enabling operation at low opening pressures and ensuring excellent sealing performance even under low back-pressure conditions. This valve is an ideal choice for handling highly corrosive or abrasive media, as well as applications with strict hygienic requirements.
