The eccentric design completely eliminates the edge-surface wear common in traditional butterfly valves
Its core feature is the eccentric structure, which entirely prevents wear caused by prolonged contact between the disc face and the seat. During closure, the disc does not simply rub against the seal ring; instead, it engages and compresses the seal ring through a twisting motion. Furthermore, it utilizes medium pressure to enhance the seal between the disc and the seat, achieving ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class VI sealing standards.

Materials optimized for powder media extend service life
Designed specifically for powder applications, the valve body is constructed from copper-zinc alloy or aluminum alloy and features a wear-resistant rubber seat. The disc utilizes a wear-resistant polymer material reinforced with a steel core, creating a highly durable soft sealing layer that fits tightly against the wear-resistant rubber seat—making it suitable even for highly abrasive applications. The valve is compact, lightweight, and strong, offering excellent wear resistance and a significantly extended service life, while also being easy to install and space-efficient.

Low sealing contact area and reduced operating torque
Upon closing, the disc compresses the sealing surface via a twisting motion (similar to tightening a screw) and utilizes medium pressure to assist the seal. The sealing force is generated by the operating torque rather than relying on the elastic deformation of the seat.
