This is a quarter‑turn ball valve that handles tough process applications with ease. The body comes in two pieces bolted together, which gives it the strength to handle thermal expansion and mechanical loads without losing integrity. When the valve is open, the bore is full‑sized – same as the pipe – so you get maximum flow and almost no pressure drop. We put a standard mounting flange right on top of the valve body, so you can bolt on a pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuator directly – no extra brackets, no custom couplings, no fiddling with alignment tools. This saves you the cost of additional hardware, keeps the overall assembly height low, and makes installation in tight spaces a lot simpler. It also reduces side loads on the stem packing, which helps it last longer. And because the actuator connects straight to the stem without any intermediate linkage, there's no play or backlash – the valve responds instantly with every 90‑degree turn, giving you precise control cycle after cycle.
