Swing-out Design for In-line Maintenance
For industrial production lines operating continuously, downtime caused by equipment maintenance incurs extremely high costs. This three-piece flange ball valve features an innovative "swing-out" body design for maintenance. When replacing wear parts such as seats, seals, or the ball, operators simply need to remove specific connecting bolts; the remaining bolts allow the valve body to be smoothly "swung out" of the pipeline. This process eliminates the need to cut the valve out of the line or dismantle the flange connections entirely. It not only significantly reduces manual labor but also cuts maintenance time—which might otherwise take hours or even half a day—down to just a few minutes, thereby maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing losses due to downtime.

Standard configurations provide excellent cost-effectiveness and mechanical strength for non-corrosive or mildly corrosive media such as water, steam, and oil. Specialized options are available to deliver superior corrosion and oxidation resistance for mildly corrosive media, sanitary pipelines (food and pharmaceutical grades), and cryogenic applications.
