High Torque Output Across the Full Stroke
Double-acting actuators utilize pneumatic pressure for bidirectional drive, completely eliminating the limitations inherent in traditional single-acting actuators that must overcome internal spring resistance. Throughout the entire opening and closing stroke, air pressure acts directly on the piston to deliver constant, smooth, and undiminished torque. This design—free from mechanical spring opposition—ensures powerful, reliable thrust even when handling high differential pressures, viscous media, or high operational resistance, thereby guaranteeing tight shut-off and precise opening control.

Compact and Lightweight Structural Design
