Wafer-Type Rubber-Lined Butterfly Valve
The wafer-style vulcanized butterfly valve represents an outstanding example of integrated seat and body design. Utilizing an advanced high-temperature, high-pressure vulcanization process, high-performance rubber is securely bonded to the valve body's inner cavity and the disc's outer surface, completely isolating the medium from metal components—making it particularly suitable for highly corrosive applications. The rubber is bonded to the valve body through a high-temperature, high-pressure vulcanization process, completely eliminating the formation of air pockets between the rubber and the body. This ensures a secure bond and prevents issues such as stretching, deformation, cracking, or dislodgement during contact between the seat and the disc, effectively preventing leakage—making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high sealing performance. The integrally vulcanized seat offers superior resistance to media erosion and corrosion, thereby extending the valve's service life.
