Wafer-Type Full F4-Lined Split Body Butterfly Valve
The ET VALVE Wafer-Type Full F4-Lined Split Body Butterfly Valve is an ideal solution for controlling highly corrosive media and fluids. Its two-piece split-body design facilitates easy seat replacement and routine maintenance. Both the valve body interior and the disc are encapsulated in a thick layer of high-density PTFE (or PFA), completely isolating metal components from the process medium; this ensures superior chemical corrosion resistance and prevents cross-contamination. Available in nominal sizes ranging from DN50 to DN300, the valve complies with various connection standards, including GB (PN10/PN16) and ANSI (Class 150).

Unique Split-Body and Wafer-Style Design
The valve combines a split-body construction with a wafer-type configuration. This setup makes it much easier to assemble internal parts and fine-tune the seal. During installation, you simply sandwich the valve between two pipe flanges using long bolts. If a leak occurs during pressure testing, you don't need to take the whole valve out—just tighten or loosen the bolts that join the two body halves right there on the spot. That alone can save a significant amount of maintenance time and expense. In addition, the split design gives you better control over bolt torque across different sections of the body, which helps distribute pressure evenly on the seat. As a result, wear is minimized and the valve's overall lifespan gets extended.

Superior Corrosion Resistance and Compact Structure
All parts exposed to the process fluid are made of highly corrosion-proof materials. In actual use, the fluid only comes into contact with the fluoroplastic lining, so critical elements like the stem are well protected against corrosive attack. This design ensures a tight seal that conforms to ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class VI requirements.

Low Flow Resistance and Stable Performance
Flow is controlled—either by fully opening/closing or by regulating the rate—through the rotation of the valve stem, which drives the valve disc within the seat. A 90-degree rotation of the disc fully opens or closes the pipeline. The smooth internal flow passage minimizes fluid resistance, ensuring excellent flow characteristics.
